Will
CEO, Mentor & Founder
Will has been working full-time as an independent Support Worker for over four years in Brisbane, bringing a unique blend of lived experience, empathy, and vision to his role. Neurodiverse himself (diagnosed with ADD and ADHD), he has more than two decades of personal insight, which fuels his passion for creating inclusive, empowering spaces.
With a background as a qualified in chef, Will brings warmth, hospitality, and creativity to everything he does. In 2023, he invited his partner Steph to join him in growing Fluid Solutions—a people-first support service built on care, connection, and real-world experience.
Will has extensive experience supporting children and young adults with complex needs, specialising in Community Access, Supported Independent Living, and Youth Residential Care. As a mentor and role model—particularly for younger males—he focuses on building confidence, emotional resilience, and mutual respect.
A passionate advocate for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Will also works as an instructor, offering self-development and self-defence skills in a safe, supportive setting. Outside of work, he enjoys art, gaming, comics, trading cards, and Marvel movies—always bringing a sense of fun and creativity to those he supports.
Steph
CFO, Support Worker & Mentor
Steph brings over 20 years of office experience, having worked as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Administrator for top executives in both London and Australia. Since 2020, she has been mentoring female coaches, with a focus on self-development, goal setting, marketing, and business growth.
More recently, Steph joined forces with her partner Will, who has over four years of experience in the disability support sector. Together, they’ve combined their strengths in administration, support work, mentorship, and business development.
Steph has worked with young adults diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, as well as women with MS and FND. She has supported individuals in both Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation (STA), providing care at home and in respite settings. She has also completed the DSC Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching, and Plan Management certifications.
In her spare time, Steph enjoys gym training, tennis, hiking, dancing, exploring new cuisines, cultural experiences, and travel. Wellness and staying active are central to her life and the way she supports her clients.
Steph values compassion, integrity, patience, and open communication. Her mission is to empower participants—especially young women—to live confidently, independently, and with purpose.
Grant
Support Worker, Artist & Yoga Instructor
Grant is in his final year of a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) at QUT and also holds a degree in Urban Development, majoring in Construction Management. He has over eight years of yoga experience under Emanuella D’Annibale, a respected teacher and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy owner.
A purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grant also practises a variety of flow arts including poi, contact staff, buugeng, contact juggling, and dragon staff. His passion lies in helping others connect with their bodies, regulate emotions, and release trauma through somatic movement and mindfulness.
With diverse life experience, Grant supports participants in learning a wide range of skills, including:

Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering
In his spare time, he creates experimental dance films and edits performance footage into visual art. Grant brings a calm, creative, and holistic approach to his work, particularly with our male ASD clients – and the feedback has been exceptional.
Toll
Support Worker, Martial Artist & Cultural Explorer
Toll is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, part-time instructor, and referee with over 10 years of experience. He also works in construction and landscaping and is currently studying his Diploma in Marketing and Communications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Semiotics and Cultural Theory.
Jiu-Jitsu has taken Toll around the world, competing and training across Europe, USA, Asia, and Australia. He’s earned multiple international and national medals, including silver at the BJJ Asian Championships and triple bronze at the Pan Pacifics. When he’s not refereeing, he’s on the mats training or competing.
Outside of martial arts, Toll is passionate about art, culture, nature, and learning. He enjoys hiking, exploring new cities, visiting museums, and working on creative projects like lino printing. He’s caring, curious, and values listening and understanding above all.
Toll supports participants with martial arts, creative and cultural projects, strategic board games, and basic construction tasks, helping them develop both physical and practical skills.
He brings energy, empathy, and real-world experience to every session.
Anita
Support Worker & Career Advisor
With over 15 years of experience supporting neurodiverse children, teens, and adults — along with raising three young children — Anita brings patience, compassion, and calm capability to everything she does.
She has spent her career in frontline, people-focused roles and is dedicated to providing meaningful support and practical solutions that make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
As a Support Worker, Anita is passionate about walking beside others as they build confidence, gain independence, and live a life of purpose. Her calm, caring nature and authentic communication style help her connect with people from all walks of life.
Outside of work, Anita enjoys playing and watching sport, listening to podcasts, exploring new interests like pottery and drawing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Dominic
Support Worker & Martial Arts Mentor
Dominic recently joined the team to support our younger male participants, focusing on martial arts and community access. Since moving to Brisbane in late 2021, he’s worked in the hospitality industry at an award-winning CBD venue before transitioning to his current full-time role as a Jiu-Jitsu instructor.
Now pursuing a career in the disability support space, Dominic brings energy, empathy, and a strong desire to make a difference.
Beyond the mats, he has a deep appreciation for the arts, poetry, and music. He enjoys social deduction board games like Blood on the Clocktower, tending to his apartment garden, and sharing laughs with his mischievous cat, Bruno.
Curious, creative, and community-minded, Dominic is excited to grow in this role and contribute meaningfully to the lives of those he supports.
