Will has been working full-time as an independent Support Worker for over four years, bringing a unique blend of lived experience, empathy, and vision to his role. Neurodiverse himself (diagnosed with ADD and ADHD), he has more than two decades of personal insight, which fuels his passion for creating inclusive, empowering spaces.

With a background as a qualified chef, Will brings warmth, hospitality, and creativity to everything he does. In 2023, he invited his partner Steph to join him in growing Fluid Solutions—a people-first support service built on care, connection, and real-world experience.

As a mentor and role model—particularly for younger males—he focuses on building confidence, emotional resilience, and mutual respect.

A passionate advocate for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Will also works as an instructor, offering self-development and self-defence skills in a safe, supportive setting. Outside of work, he enjoys art, gaming, comics, trading cards, and Marvel movies—always bringing a sense of fun and creativity to those he supports.
